Black Laws pave way for Unlimited Totalitarian Government

Both Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Bill & Aadhaar Act pave way for Unlimited Totalitarian Government. Rajya Sabha members from INDIA are right in terming both legislations as Black Laws which naturalises, the unnatural & normalises, the abnormal.

Unjust laws are no laws. Ronald Dworkin said, law is “embedded” in morality, or “flows from” morality, or “branches from” or is a “branch of” morality.
