PR firms, consultancies, autocracies and Aadhaar

Just read a paper about the relationship between autocracies and US based PR firms during 1945-2022. 

It reminded one of Consultant Raj of 1499 + 1037+ 539 + 354 +1481+ 20,376 consultants in the Indian government. 

Prominently, this includes 1,499 from foreign agencies, including the Big Four (Ernst & Young, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) & BCG hired by 44 key departments besides consultants of States.

Aadhaar consultants have mastered the art of enriching themselves using revolving door system. They have ensured guaranteed revenue flow for their consultancies.
