Why CEC acting like a subordinate office of MHA 

I asked the moderator of a session at a program of Azim Premji University on - "Do manifestos matter?" to ask ex-CEC DrSYQuraishi, one of the panelists as to why CEC, Election Commission of India agreed with Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA)to link citizens' Voter ID with residents' UID/Aadhaar?

 Also requested the moderator to ask whether Wipro's contractual involvement in UID/Aadhaar scheme since 2006 linked with Azim Premji University's  position on UID/Aadhaar. CAG has noted UIDAI's undue favours to Wipro
