Finance Act 2017 & Aadhaar Act 2016 cases pending 

Never forget that Section 139AA of Income Tax Act for PAN-Aadhaar was introduced through illegitimate & unconstitutional Finance Act 2017 impacting 40 differrent laws. Aadhaar Act too is illegitimate &unconstitutional. Constitutionality of both laws  pending before Supreme Court.
