Good if it's formally clarified.
Then, at least, there'll be a single uniform standard.
Never mind if the purported "clarification" appears to be just too silly.

Of course, uniformity doesn't necessarily mean level playing field. But, that's not there in any case.

But, here, it's just "sources".
That's too tricky, too malleable.
That's: Show me the face, I'll show you the rule.

It, on the face of it, makes a compelling case of flagrant and egregious violation of the Section 126 (1) (a) of the Representation of People Act, 1951 by the Prime Minister himself.

Guess, one is entitled to knock on the doors of the law court once the process with the EC is exhausted.
There, as of now, the chances are a tad or two higher.
