Aadhaar-PAN link without legal basis
Joint reading of the provisions of Income Tax Act&Aadhaar Act is revealing. The former says "quoting"Aadhaar http://No.is mandatory&the latter says one is entitled to have Aadhaar No. if one is elligible. If one is eligible to marry,will it imply marriage is mandatory?
