Entries for Kerala State Television Awards-2009 are invited from television channels/producers/ directors/individual performers, in the prescribed form in original format with the telecast certificate issued by the television channel and other relevant materials and books, columns/serial/writing on TV programme. Only those programmes telecasted between 1^st January 2009 &  31^st December 2009 except Tele Serial and TV Shows, which should have completed the telecast on or before 31^st December 2009 shall be considered for the Television Award 2009. Entries are also invited from producers registered at the Central Board of Film Certification between 1^st January 2009 & 31^st December 2009.Entries for best book/article/regular column/serial on Malayalam television should have been published between 1^st January 2009 & 31^st December 2009.  The entry forms are available at the Academy office. Those who require the entry forms by post should send a request addressed to the Secretary, along with a self - addressed envelope affixing stamps worth Rs.10/- and should be furnished to the Secretary, Kerala State Chalachitra Academy, Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram 695 010. Application in the prescribed form along with cassettes / article and other relevant materials should reach the Secretary, Kerala State Chalachitra Academy, Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram on or before 5 ^th February 2011, 5 PM.
