Remarkably insightful.

It's quite possible, in fact rather likely, that Bidhuri's, as yet unprecedented, ugly outbursts on the floor of the parliament is not spontaneous. It's planned and deliberate. Part of a much larger gameplan.

However, the prescribed remedy that "the Opposition... will have to offer a more transformative politics" is delightfully vague. 

Hardly helps.

A digital and far more lethal version of planting cow heads in temples in the earlier era?

At the first look quite unrelated, in a way, it's pretty much in sync with the interpretation of the Bidhuri episode presented here.
