5pm- Cocktails and sharing, a NCRA tradition;

5:30pm- Readings from the Recycling Archives followed by an interview with Neil Seldman, recently retired from the Institute for Local Self-Reliance;

6:00pm- Brief catch up interview with Jonathan DeLong of the Reap Center in Alameda. There is a lot new at the Reap Center;

6:10pm- Interview with Alicia Boal who has been tracking how the dead fish in the bay are being disposed. And maybe not in an ideal manner;

6:20pm- Interview with Rochelle Still, Membership Manager of the Upcycled Food Association;

6:50pm- interview with John Moore, about the recent court decision in Zolly v. City of Oakland and what it might mean for zero waste.

Rochelle Still is the Membership Manager of the Upcycled Food Association. After working in brand marketing for major outdoor and recreation CPG brands, Rochelle decided to leave Corporate America to pursue her passion for sustainable food systems. She spent time living in Chile where she worked on various farms across the country and developed a passion for reducing food waste and improving the food supply chain. Rochelle loves working with the UFA community of change-makers and innovative companies to grow the upcycled food economy!
