The plenary session opens with remarks from David Cash, Undersecretary for Policy at MA EOEEA and continues with the Keynote Address Advancing Recycling & Organics Management: A Sustainable Future featuring a multi-stakeholder panel with Brooke Nash, Branch Chief, Municipal Waste Reduction Program at MassDEP; Randi Mail, Recycling Director for the City of Cambridge; Ben Harvey, Vice President EL Harvey & Sons; and John Majercak, Executive Director of the Center for Ecological Technology.
