I noticed that the City of Seattle is offering free trees to groups of
neighbors that can come up with plans to use them for streetscape
projects. According to the City's website, you need a minimum of FIVE
neighbors on a street or block in order to be eligible, and the City
gives away between 10 and 40 trees. Each neighbor gets a fruit tree
for their yard.

Take a look at the City's website.

Great way to increase tree canopy and edible landscapes in Greenwood!
Thanks Jim.
