My suggestion is in addition to all those others have given as I agree with all of them.

Once during the reduction of Security Staffs from 30 to current 16-18 Nos we had discussed certain points.One of the important point that came up was having 'SENTRY' Gumti at 4 CORNERS of the Complex.(Patrolling can be part effective but between patrolling anything can happen) At that time it was noticed that the corner at the South-West of MIG which overlooks our OUTGATE should have 24 Hour vigil with one Sentry posted there.There was also a talk of exchanging information and connecting all the 4 corners with Walkie talkie or intercom connection or some signalling method(it could also be poerful torch).These are professional service that the current Security forces should be trained on instead of a smile with 'Good Morning Sir'.

Hence 2 immediate action points :

1. Call the Security Service Chief and have dialogue in more professional way of manning.

2. Build a kuccha Goomti as is done in Military outpost.with a height to oversee that wall on the Western Side.This will not take much cost.

We should remember that we have currently raised that salary of Security and should demand more refined and accountable services.I am sure if one of our houses has theft,the security will not be penalised by any clause.We should also address this.

this is the most serious issue .....we must try to resolve it as soon as possible keeping in mind the diff rent consequences of the future.....just to withdraw the security guard from middle portion and replace that with one at night will not solve the problem...although this is my view..

Security Patrolling At Night

Dear Mr.Das
This is to bring to your notice that today early morning around 0230 hrs, few persons tried to cross the fencing wall near MIG corner, but due to the alretness of our security personnel, they could'nt achieve that. under this circumstances, we have taken a decision to withdraw the security guard from middle post. (Near pump house) at day time & start night patrolling around the boundary wall from tomorrow onwards.

Any suggestion regarding this issue is most welcome.
