Reg  :  Notice of AGM & BOM Election.

    I like to draw your kind personal attention to a notice dated 20.04.2024 (received in my e-mail) announcing an AGM of GWNAOA and Election of new Board of Managers, as per provisions of the WBAO Act, 1972, to be held on 05.05.2024.

It is observed that said notice is issued by one Sri H.P. Choudhury and one Sri Probal Roy, claiming themselves to be Returning Officers  !!

As far as I know, notice of any GB Meeting is to be issued by the President. In present case, this condition is violated. Moreover, it is not clear who these 02 signatories are, and who has appointed them as Returning Officers, if at all.

You being the President, I request you to please look into the matter of such irregularity occuring in Greenwood Nook.
