Notice of AGM & BOM Election - shortcomings

Dear Sirs,

    Kindly refer to the notice of 20.04.2024 (issued by Sri H.P. Choudhury & Dr Probal Roy) sent by the GWNAOA in my e-mail, informing that AGM of GWNAOA and Election of new Board Managers, as per provisions of the WBAO Act, 1972, will be held on May 5th, 2024.

Being comparitively new here, I cannot identify/ recognize these gentlemen as Association office bearers !!

As far as I know, rule says that election is to done by secret ballot. But the notice is silent regarding that. Further, no details or time line like Nomination drawal and submission, etc is mentioned in this notice.

President Sir, I request you to please look into these things, and guide these gentlemen to follow the rules.
