Sub  :  Notice  for   Annual General Meeting  of  the  PC Association .

 

Annual   General   Meeting   of the  Palm Court Welfare Association  for  2023 – 24 will be held at the Palm Court Community Hall from 6 :30 PM onwards on  26th May, 2024 (Sunday).

AGENDA :

1.    Presentation of Secretary’s Report.

2.    Presentation of Financial  Statements as on 31.03.2024.

3.    Election of new committee for the year 2024 – 25.

4.    Steps towards formation of Greenwood Nook MIG Apartment Owners’ Association.

5.    Repairing/ Renovating of Palm Court Deck  &  other areas.

6.    Any other issue with the  permission of the President.

 

All members / flatowners are requested to be present at the meeting venue positively by  6.30 PM to enable fruitful decision making regarding the various important issues .
