NW Greenways needs your help.
Throughout more than the last decade NW Greenways gradually grew and became a pivotal organization advocating for (and winning !!!) street improvements in NW Seattle, making NW Seattle safer to bike and walk in and improving the lives of those who live, work,
and travel in NW Seattle. Along the way we formed friendships and organized fun and impactful events.
For many years Tom Lang, me, and others were very active in leading the organization. But Tom has moved to Shoreline, and although he is continuing as one of the leaders of the Aurora Reimagined Coalition, he must withdraw from the leadership of NW Greenways.
Unfortunately, at the same time, I have developed permanent health problems which foreclose the possibility of me stepping up.
Do you care about advocating for better and safer streets, and a better transportation system in NW Seattle?
If so, let's arrange for a time to get together. Please "respond-to-all" to this email.
Hi Dai,
I bet you saw that in the SNG newsletter? We don’t have another NW Greenways meeting scheduled as of now. I think we would normally meet the first Tuesday of the month, but everything is ad hoc until new leadership is found for the organization.
Hello Dai and all,
Unfortunately we will be out of town that first week of June.
Thanks for checking Dai.
Jan and Mark
Hi Lee, Tom, Jan and Mark.
I understand that the next NW Greenways meeting is scheduled for June 3 between 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM. Is that correct? If so, where is it going to be held?
Thanks!
