In so many words ‘yes we have’ and that was SPU who did the repair job, removed the cones and left it in a precarious condition. Today SPU generated a new work order - put sand bags in as a temp measure. They’ve noted there is a broken
culvert underneath the road. Let’s hope they will repair that ‘underlying problem’ before the serious rains hit.
