We’re excited to share that we have selected a construction contractor for the
NE 130th St & NE 125th St Mobility and Safety project! We’re onboarding the contractor and creating the construction schedule over the next few weeks. We expect to start construction as soon as early fall and will share more details soon.

take our survey. This helps us plan for garbage collection, business deliveries, and other access needs.
What to expect during construction:

Construction to start as soon as early fall and last until late 2026

Typical construction weekday working hours of 7AM – 5PM

Occasional night work. We will notify affected neighbors in advance of any night work.

Temporary impacts to sidewalks, travel lanes, and bike lanes. Detours will be signed and flaggers will help people navigate through the area during active construction.

Temporary driveway closures. Pedestrian access to homes and businesses will be maintained, and we’ll contact affected properties in advance of closures. Closures typically last 48-72 hours at a time.
