Regarding: Annual Meeting of the Association

 

Dear Homeowner,

 

As the Managing Agent for your community, Greenwood Park HOA, we are sending this notice to all Owners on behalf of the Board of Directors to inform you of the upcoming Annual Meeting and some other important information the Board wishes to pass along.

 

The meeting will be held on Tuesday November 13, 2012 at 7:00 pm at the Hilton Lake Fire Station community room. The fire station is located at 3525 108th St. SE, Everett, WA 98208.

 

There will be two board members up for election this year.  The Board and Impact encourage all homeowners to attend to vote on the new Board of Directors.  If you are interested in a position on the Board, please submit your own nomination no later than Tuesday November 6, 2012. Please submit the nominations to me at Mall...@impactpropertymgmt.com

 

The Agenda items will go as follows:

                        *Welcome/ Sign-in

                        *Confirm quorum

                        *Introduce Board members and Impact Property Management Representatives

                        *Reports

                                    -Financial Condition and 2013 Budget

                                    -Association Activities

                        *Homes sold, price trends and foreclosure activity

                        *2012 Project review

                                    -Tract 908 Update

                        *Rules and Regulations Changes

                        *Board of Directors Elections

                        *Adjourn

 

Proxies and the proposed 2013 budget have been attached to this letter for the Annual Meeting. If you are unable to attend this meeting please sign and send back the proxy giving another homeowner or a Board Member the power to vote on your behalf.
