Greenwood Park; Mailbox Vandalism / Mail Theft

Hi All,

 

Unfortunately, we have had two Greenwood Park community mailbox stations broken into earlier today. The reports are that the occurrences may have occurred around 9:00 a.m. and again around noon today. One station was in front of 11310 31^st Drive and the other on 112^th Street. A white van may have been the vehicle used and if anyone has any video that may be of assistance, please provide.

 

We have arranged for the mailbox stations to be  replaced and it is likely that the two stations will be replaced by this upcoming Saturday. Unfortunately, there is usually lag time between installation of the mailbox stations and when the Post Office changes out their locks and restarts delivery to them.

 

We are doing everything on our end to get this repaired as soon as possible. New Mailbox keys will be available and likely delivered by Monday afternoon if not sooner.

 

Presently, those owners affected because of the damaged mailboxes will need to pick up their mail at the Post Office located at 8120 Hardeson Road in Everett.
