Hello Greenwood Park Homeowner,
This is a friendly reminder being sent to all homeowners to please make sure that driveways and sidewalks in front of each home must remain free of moss, grass, and weeds. During a recent walk through of the community it was noted that sidewalks and driveways are not being maintained to community standards.
As a reminder per the Rules & Regulations of the Community, Section 3.1 Lot Maintenance Standards. Driveways and sidewalks must be maintained by the owners in a clean and moss
free condition.
