Hi Keshia, the problem I find with a lot of the companies is not that they cannot get the workers.  They practice agism.

They do not hire seniors who are just sitting at home with loads of experience.  You are shot down as soon as you put your birth in the application.

I know a few seniors who would possibly be interested.

I would hire seniors no matter what, as long as they can work the hours I don’t have a problem hiring them
