Most of you know I support our Council Woman. But to change the East Entry into Penny Park/Dewey Area off of Dodge? I do not support it. We need to save green space. I think this is the only green space left in this area. We surely do not want affordable housing at 1818 Lake when affordable housing is across the street.

Also, this area with the trees acts as a sound barrier against the noise from the ETHS Heating and Cooling system across the street. I suggest putting up more trees. Our last Councilman put the brick walls with the lights and it is very nice. Let us keep the trees and add more. Please come out to the meeting July 11, 2024 at Evanston High School back entrance South Hall, 6:30pm. See you soon and thanks, Neighbors. Spread the word.
