In the past the Greenwich Police Watch Newsgroup was by invitation
only when it was hosted at MSN.
However, we are going to try having an open group for now.
This policy may change in the future and the group may close if old
returning members so request.
Anyone, joining while the Greenwich Police Watch newsgroup while the
group is open will remain members if the group becomes private.
After that membership will be by invitation only.
