Help us build trails in Eureka

Dear Friends,

Eureka Volunteers are needed: The Trails Trust of Humboldt Bay and Green Wheels have led an effort to improve trails through Cooper Gulch Park in Eureka connecting neighborhoods bordering the park.  Two trail work days have proved successful in completing the first stretch of trail through the east side of the park to the 13th Street neighborhood. 

In conjunction with the United Way Day of Caring on Saturday, September 19^th, the Trails Trust of Humboldt Bay and Green Wheels will again be partnering to improve the next trail segment in Cooper Gulch.  Beginning at 9am, Volunteers, local residents, city staff, and a wide range of other volunteers will be bringing greater mobility and health-promoting transportation opportunities to users of Cooper Gulch.
