Beth, I believe that is the name I heard over the noise of the outside farm I'm on while we were conversing. 
Presently at friends in Grand Jct., CO tending to their garden, orchard, horses, chickens, goat, dogs, and cats. I also have been tending their irrigation and been clearing pastures with chain saw. I have retired from teaching (middle school math/science/English) in Ft. Collins, CO. My reason for moving to SLC is to be near my daughter, who lives in the Sugarhouse area. I am 53, fit, clean, responsible, easy to get along with, flexible, hard working, and mellow. I enjoy walking, swimming, biking, work out, read, and the outdoors. 
 
I am Hungarian(fluent) have been raised with gardens and orchard most of life. Always have had something growing-veggies, flowers, plants, etc. 
 
I have used various tools for projects, and was employed at Grand Canyon NP as a firefighter, and ranger, so I used chainsaws, engines, etc. 
 
I can follow a cookbook, and have had success cooking for others, however, lately I am by myself, thus I do not elaborate w/cooking skills at present. 
 
I do not smoke nor use drugs. 
 
I am clean, neat, tidy, and organized. I am courteous, respectful of others, and seek to find simple pleasures in life on a daily basis. 
 
Presently living with vegans, thus we eat such, including their free ranging chickens' eggs. Personally, I prefer, if I can, for organic products, free range meats (when I eat it)

I have my friends here as a reference (they have known me since the 80's) and my local contact there in SLC. 
 
I will be arriving Thursday, July 1st to SLC, and it was mentioned that I could stay the night-thus touring the premises, and you all to get to know me. Further questions, specific details can be worked out then.
