Adding More Members

We should try to have maximum owners who have booked flat in "The Greens" to join "Greens" group.

 

I asked builder to give me a list of email id's of people who have booked flat in "The Greens" but they said they cannot give the list in order to maintain confidentiality.

 

What we can do is we can ask builder to give the Greens group email id to everyone who has booked\going to book a flat down the line - may be this will help to increase the forum participation which is very much required.

 

Thoughts?

Any idea with whom we can talk about this in Indya Esates? - I was thinking to give a printed paper(Xerox) to them with the group details which they can distribute to all the prospective and current Greens customers when they visit office or site? Just an idea - Not sure if they will help but there shouldn't be any problem in doing this.

 

Suggestions are welcome - Once we have more than 500 people on board we can have a good forum to discuss on various things and take necessary actions as a group as required\feasible.

As per me there is a person called Suresh(vice president (sales and marketing) .We can contact him and discuss this with him further. For this we need to go to indya estates office sometime in weekend and have a discussion.Your thoughts please?

               Indya Estates office is there in HMT layout, RT Nagar. We can plan to go out there. The other office is there in Queens Road (Still in construction phase.).

Will it be a good idea to go to site location or builder's office? - we may find more buyers at site location over weekend. This is just my thought and we can handover the printed slips to security\any supervisor there to distribute - then as required some other week we can plan for visiting there office as well as required.

This is a good idea to get the email ids of the people who have booked flat in Greens.  If Indya Estates Marketing Guys are not able to provide the list of email ids, we have to meet their Vice President Mr. Suresh and have personal discussion to achieve the above task.

Yes that can be done as well - before that need to go to site once and talk to Indya Estates people if they can help in distributing the printed slips to prospective and current customers (who might be visiting site to get idea on the work progress and bookings) which will have the Greens Google group details - One Liner.
