Hi All,

 

Any idea about how many flats have been sold till now including both phase 1 and 2. What happened to hdfc loan approval?

As per my info:

Phase 1: ~900 flats booked out of 1250

Phase 2: ~150 flats booked out of 1250

Hi Pushkar,

 

Just a minor correction.

 

Phase 2 has only 450 flats .out of which 225 has been sold out as per indya estate executive. In phase 1 they updated me that 1018 flats have been sold.

Might be you have the updated details but in total Greens has 2500 flats planned as far as I know and info given to me.

Hi,

      Have given docs to India Bulls Guy for Loan processing. Charging 1200 for CIBILL & they will charge Rs. 5200 as loan processing fee. It is very less as compared to other banks.
