我认为要彻底禁止公车腐败，就是要把公车的本来面目还原了，其实领导的公车说是为了工作方便，其实现代社会交通如此发达，公车的交通工具面目并不突出，公车其实更重要的作用是身份和地位的象征，是权位的表达和权力的威势，作为国家权力实施机构，权力的等级和命令性应该是光明正大的，而不是羞答答地说啥公仆或者领导就是服务，权力表达的主流绝对是从上到下的，正如军衔制在战场上的作用一样。官衔制在官场上的作用是积极的。官员在工作时间穿官服既可以表达权威又便于监督。所以，要还原公车的本来面目，就是要实行一定的官衔制，可以在衣服上做文章。衣服做的再华丽也用不了车的钱。
