Help Others Reduce Energy Use and Save Money -- Become an “Energy
Upgrade Mountain View” Volunteer!!

Would you like to help your friends and neighbors in Mountain View
reduce their energy use at home and save money? The City’s new Energy
Upgrade Mountain View program (www.EnergyUpgradeMV.org) is training
volunteers through Acterra to perform in-home energy assessments.
Volunteers perform an 80-point energy assessment and install energy
saving devices. Volunteers receive eight hours of training from
Acterra and are asked to complete two, 2.5-hour home energy
assessments in Mountain View per month.

Learn how to save energy in your own home and then use that knowledge
to help others!

For more information or to register, go to www.acterra.org/programs/greenathome/getinvolved.html
.

Our next two-part training is:

June 8 (Wednesday)

5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Cost: Free after refund of required $30 deposit.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED to attend volunteer training classes.
