The forecast is looking good for this Saturday's seal paddle from Ocean Breeze Park in S.I. Temperatures will be in the 50s with light winds. We will be circling Hoffman and Swinburne Islands. The distance is a little over 4 miles. We'll meet at the club by 10:30 AM to load up and leave by 11. Launch time will be around 12 noon. High tide is at 1:15. We should be back on the beach between 2 and 2:30 PM. Bring lunch, snacks and hydration. I estimate that we'll return to the club around 4 PM. Those who'd like will go out to dinner after the trip.
This is and advanced intermediate paddle with Dry or Wet Suites Required. Bonnie will be co leading the trip and she'll be car topping on my extra spot.
Let me know if you plan to come and if you have room for another boat or if you are looking for a ride.
You must RSVP to me directly if you plan to come. Thanks and all the best, Steve.
