Fwd: CGAN-2018-013 - Foreign Military Vessel Security Zone

The upshot of this is that there is a 100 yard security zone around the aircraft carrier “HMS Queen Elizabeth” which will be in our harbor off the Brooklyn shore 10/19 -26 October.  The security zone is in effect whether the vessel is underway, or anchored.
