This is a great event and a chance to learn or improve Greenland style paddling and rolling techniques from some of the finest Greenland paddlers and try all sorts of cool Greenlandic gear.
It's also a fun retreat weekend in a beautiful setting with a bunch of crazy paddlers.

The Hudson River Greenland Festival returns to Croton Point Park June 23 – 26, 2017!

If you want to explore or reconnect with traditional kayaking the Hudson River Greenland Festival may be just what you are looking for! Located at scenic Croton Point Park, a passionate group of mentors will offer the opportunity to either discover a new skill or
further enhance the repertoire of any Greenlandic paddler. Come explore these very practical strokes, braces, rescues and rolling skills.
Registration and lodging are limited and on a first come, first served basis. There will be a very limited number of Saturday day guest spots. Food will be served starting Friday night, but the camp is open for HRGF participants starting Thursday 3pm (June
22).
