Hey All!
It's that time of year again! This Way to Sustainability III, or the annual Chico Conference will take place from Thursday, Nov. 1 - Sunday, Nov. 4.
I know that many people are interested in going. We are applying for travel grant to make sure that this conference is a free event for all students. Unfortunately that means if you are at all interested I need to know NOW. I will be turning in the travel grant early next week. If you would like to go I need to know:
1) Your student id number (if you are no longer a student, we'll figure something out)
2) What day/time you would be able to leave for the conference. I encourage you to check out the website to see what is planned >
http://www.csuchico.edu/sustainablefuture/events/2007conference/index.shtml3) If you are a defensive driver or not
4) If you have a vehicle that you would be willing to use and how many seats it has TOTAL.
5) How certain you are that you will go
Great! Please let me know before Monday...this does not commit you to go but I need to give the travel grant committee an idea of how much funds we will needs.
If you have any questions don't hesitate to email or call me. I have been to this conference three times before -- it is fun, educational, and a great opportunity to network with other CSU students that care about sustainability as much as you do!
Sincerely,
Jocelyn
PS Pass along to other interested folks. If you have friends that want to go...I need the above info from them too!
