Hello all,

HSU's Green Campus Program is looking for volunteers this summer and
early fall. Help Humboldt State conserve energy and decrease our
environmental impact.

Volunteers needed for CFL exchanges and educational outreach to
students. Green Campus will be tabling in the quad during HOP programs
and the beginning of school to educate our campus community about
energy conservation. We will be handing out Free compact florescent
light bulbs in exchange for incandescent bulbs. CFL's use 75% less
energy than incandescent bulbs, last 10x longer, and can last up to
10,000 hours. Volunteers will receive a free Green Campus t-shirt and
CFL's for their house/dorm.

Volunteers are also needed for an energy audit on the Health Center.
An energy audit measures how much energy appliances, computers,
lights, etc are using and finds ways to cut energy consumption and
costs. Volunteers will receive valuable training on how to conduct an
energy audit at home/work and will also receive a free Green Campus
t-shirt.

By volunteering with Green Campus you will be helping HSU and its
community conserve energy, save money, and decrease carbon emissions!
