I am writing you because you expressed interest in participating the Student
 Student Social/Environmental Responsibility Round Table that is scheduled to take place from 3 - 4:30 pm on Wed. Jan. 30th.  This will be held in Goodwin Forum.

I suggest the theme of this discussion be: Focus Humboldt State
Ideally we would have about eight students on the panel.  Each student would take turns making statements about their priorities, what they've been doing and their vision for an environmentally and socially sustainable campus.  There would be discussion among panelist and open dialog/questions with the audience.

I've included the Coalition on this email because I would like to make sure all of the cool things we are doing get mentioned.  We can discuss this more at our first meeting (Friday, Jan. 25th 5pm CCAT's Basement).  Of course it would be best if you and all of your club members just came to this round table so we could have dynamic discussion with fresh ideas!

I am also looking for a student willing to take notes as people bring up ideas and issues so they can be emailed out after the discussion.  Please let me know if you are interested.

Let me know if you would like to be on the panel...I need this information ASAP!  Please send me some brief biographical info as well.  Club/Organization, Major, Year, Interests. I will try to make sure there's balance in the representation of organizations and their agendas!
