Bench Card Program on a USB

Hey Everybody,

Over the holidays I updated my bench card database.
I have talked about it for a few years and now I have created a program for other greenhouses to use as well. I will attach some picture samples, and a video that shows you how to use the program. The bench cards are fully customizable in a Word program. There are 790 different cards in total. Over the years we have tried many ways to print them, but what works best and on a budget is to print the cards onto glossy 5" X 7" photo paper, them we laminate it on a thermal printer. I just have a regular ink jet printer here at home and the cards last for years with out fading.

The program is available for purchase, cost is $60, that includes shipping within Canada.

The reason we made our own program is because the vendor supplied Benchcards are not customizable and only seemed to provide a sterile/box store worthy plant description.

We know for sure that this program sells more plants. Often we will have customers come through the the greenhouses and read them all, taking hours.

Hey everyone,

We too make our own bench cards, but have found it cheaper to have them printed at the local printers and then laminated using thermal paper as well. Our printers have a better quality ink that does indeed last years and does not fade. The paper they use is almost post card weight, so is quite heavy. The cost difference of outsourcing it here versus my time, ink, paper and thermal paper is pennies and well worth it.
