Cold frame collapse

I was hoping to squeeze one more spring out of this ancient cold frame, used for my pansy house. Was planning on replacing it this summer, but now scrambling for space. My plan was to build a lean to off the south side of my gutter connect greenhouse.
I have some time yet before I need that room.
Just curious what you guys have done for makeshift temporary space or any suggestions on the lean to? I’m sure there is every size and shape out there.
