I am growing vegy seeds [2] in each plastic pot filled with Perlite so
when they are ready I can put them straight into my new N.F.T. system,
This way I thought would be good as I wont have to disturb the delicate

root system!
My question is ; the roots have to be below the pot to reach the
nutrient flow ,so what or how do I "Hold" /grow them untill then, ?
would a bin with a polystyrene floating lid [with holes for pots] be
good? that way the Perlite could suck up required nutrients/water to
seedlings?
Thanks , appreciate any help. P.S. going into hothouse. Andy

If you go to "http://www.simplyhydro.com/system.htm", and then down to
N.F.T. systems, i would just put them itto your system and ad a drip
admitter into the center of each grow pot untill you have roots comming
out the bottom, and then can change over to the N.F.T. system. IF you
do the floating lid make sure you put a good bubbler in the water
