Dog Poo on C4

At the bottom of Calle Baza on C4 there is a growing amount of dog poo. It is clearly a large dog and not content with letting it poo on the road this time it is on the pavement,

I will go and clear it up again but who ever this is please have a bit more respect. With no street lights we are often out walking in the dark and I nearly stepped in it! Suspect it is an evening dog walker that is to blame!
