Draft Response : Comment Period for Playground Equipment Upgrade Closed

Hey guys, if there is no objection, I'll be sending this out to the street this weekend.  Overall the feedback was good, but a few folks wanted us to look into something a little more durable and potentially less of a fall hazard than was suggested by Jen.  Also, a few folks brought up the fact that the slide is busted and the sand is stale in the playground that is there now, so I say we tackle all this at once.  Why don't we take a day or so to pass around a few potential options for upgrades and makes a final decision next week on what we are going to put up.  Also, a few guys offered to help install if needed.  Update to send is as follows:

"Happy 4th of July Everyone!

The comment period for the new playground equipment is now closed.  Thank to everyone who responded, your feedback is very important.  The general consensus was positive to the idea, though there were some comments regarding the safety and durability of the particular improvement that was linked in the original email.  The board will be incorporating those comments into the final selection of playground equipment that is installed to ensure that the upgrade is safe and will last a long time.  The board will also be looking into fixing the slide and refreshing the dansbox at the same time.

Again, thanks for the feedback.  Have a safe and fun weekend!"

Just a heads up that you spelt sandbox wrong in the last sentence of the long paragraph.

Otherwise, that looks good to me.

Looks good to me as well. One more minor correction: Second sentence there should be a "you" after "Thank" or use "Thanks".
