Good evening all,

Below is an email sent to the Board about a matter brought to our attention by Chris Zanoy, at 19 Adams Green on the Bedford side of our neighborhood. I spoke to Chris on the phone a few times today to learn more and essentially, he said that a tree from our common area fell in his yard and he had to remove the tree. He said he wants to make a claim but also spoke about a few other issues regarding the trails and called the Merrimack Town Hall.

If you are available, I think we should have a brief meeting so I can convey what I learned while on the phone with the neighbor.

In the meantime, I will email the Board and copy Chris, as requested, so he knows that I am bringing the matter to the Board for action. Please do not feel obligated to reply to that group email. We should probably be on the same page, do a little research and have one reply to Chris about next steps from the Board. 

Can people jump on a quick zoom tonight (April 13th) or propose another time?

Keith and I were able to connect on the phone with Tracy last night and she's made a couple of calls to the Merrimack Town Hall to learn more about the inquiry.  Billy, we will be on the road tonight but will try your cell between 6-7pm to ask our question about insurance.

Tracy, Keith and I are available for a zoom for the Board on Thursday at 7:30pm, April 16th. If that works for enough of the Board to have a quorum, we can send out a zoom invite. Then we can have a discussion and take any related votes/actions. Just let us know if you're available. If not, perhaps over the weekend or early next week.
