Good evening, Board Members,

Chris Zanoy, our Bedford neighbor, reached out to inform the Board of a fallen tree from GFF XII common land into his yard.

Over the phone, Chris expressed concerns about the condition of the walking trail that is no longer in use as well as seeking a claim for a fallen tree.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Chris, and the Board will be in touch with next steps in terms of a process for filing a claim with the insurance company.

The GFF XII Board met last night to discuss your email from Sunday, April 12th. If you would like to submit an insurance claim for the tree that fell on your property, please email Board member, Billy Sugianto (billy_s...@hotmail.com), who will support the process as the first next step. 

Billy can meet with you in person or by phone to walk through what would be needed to complete a claim.
