Hi Guys,

We are going through the design phase of knocking down our existing 10x12 foot deck and installing a fully enclosed 14x14 three season porch. I've attached the preliminary design so you can see what it will look like. The goal is for it to blend into the house so that you can't tell it was added after the fact.

The construction will last 5 weeks from start to finish. I don't have dates yet but I'm thinking it will start mid June. One caveat is that there will be a dumpster/porta potty on-site during construction. I am still working out all the details but it looks like the dumpster will be in front of my driveway door (facing the house on the left) and I'll have them put the porta potty in the back of the house out of sight if possible.

Does anyone have any issues if I go ahead as planned? I have more intricate details printed out that I'd be more than happy to discuss with you all, but don't have them in electronic format to send along.

Thanks,
Shaun & Becky

Looks great, let me know how you like Liberty Hill as we were considering something similar with them, good luck Shaun!
