Architectural Request at 8 Grapevine

Hey Guys,

This spring we are planning on adding a 3 season room and shed to the backyard of our house at 8 Grapevine.  Per the bylaws we are send you the board, the initial plans (attached) for you to take a look and give us the go ahead.

The siding and shingles of the 3 season room and shed will match the existing siding and shingles and every effort will be made to have the doors and fixtures match the exterior of the existing house as well.  Please let me know if you have any issues with these plans as we are expecting to begin construction in April when the ground thaws.
