Good afternoon all,

I was hoping to find out more info about the approval process to have solar panels placed on a home. Given that we have already had one home where these must have been approved for (Dave Richard's home at 8 Grapevine) I was hoping to receive some guidance about the requirements, as this is not an area listed within our HOA bylaws, as we are in the initial planning phases.

Thanks in advance.

Hey Jason,

The process was just the same as any other architectural improvement (submission to the board for  review).

I can say if you are interested, we used Solar City and I have to say they were absolutely fantastic. If you decide to move forward, let me know, I can show you some of the numbers that they gave us (the proposal process was extremely thorough), and give you a federal number as well.

Let me know, but we are extremely pleased with our service and are net zero to the grid now!

Dave

Jason,

All that is needed is a plan to where the panels will be and how long the construction will take. Please send the plans and a request to the board.

Larry
