Folksinger and storyteller Tim Van Egmond will perform a free family
program for ages 4 and up on Saturday, August 13 at 1:00 p.m. at the
Greenfield Public Library.

As a special celebration of multicultural diversity for the library's
Summer Reading Program, “One World, Many Stories,” Van Egmond's
performance "Bridging The World With Stories" will weave together
stories and songs of community and connection.

Van Egmond will accompany himself on a variety of traditional
instruments, including hammered dulcimer, mountain dulcimer, and
limberjack (a dancing wooden puppet that taps out a rhythm on a
paddleboard).

This project is made possible by the generosity of the Friends of the
Greenfield Public Library and the 99 Restaurant of Greenfield, which
will provide free ice cream sundaes following the performance.

See you on the 13th!

Sharon
