Subject: Local Fix-It Clinic happening in JP

Hi  --

We all know the 3 R’s for waste reduction: reduce, reuse, recycle — but what happened to repair?

Join the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Council this Thursday, July 27th for its first ever Fix-It Clinic to help people repair household items. Residents organized this workshop at the newly renovated JP Library to encourage people to think twice before disposing of household materials that might just need some extra attention, special tools, DIY-spirit, and enthusiastic neighbors to coach you through the repair process.

RSVP to attend the JP Fix-It Clinic so you can help Boston move towards zero waste.

This workshop will help you learn how to fix a broken item, but it also reduces waste and saves you money. Explore how you can be apart of the community of residents organizing local climate action solutions. We hope you’ll take advantage of these experts so you don’t have to buy something new! Thanks for helping the City of Boston move towards zero waste.
