Good Afternoon All! 

We have 16 guests coming to visit us tomorrow to talk about their awesome jobs!! 

Please read this email in its entirety so everyone can enjoy the planned activities! 

1. Gym will be in classrooms for most of the day (after 10) as we get tables ready.

2.  Materials for Thank You cards will be set up in the cafeteria; you don't have to bring anything down (except preschool! More on that soon!)

3.  All classes will have 30 minutes to enjoy the Career Fair.  There will be a lot of bodies and a lot of fun artifacts and work samples. Our largest groups will be at 12:30 (203,206,213,214) and at 1:00 (310,313,304,305.) Please strongly encourage our students to START AT DIFFERENT TABLES. With 15 options and 30 minutes, everyone should be able to hear and see pretty clearly without a large group in front of them : )   Also, all staff should be strategically placed to encourage discourse and excellent behavior. 

4.  Prepare students for the fair by selecting great questions for our guests! Feel free to send a notecatcher with them so they don't forget what they wanted to know! 

5.  Immediately after the Career Fair (gym) students in grades K through 5 will  head directly to the cafeteria for Thank You cards.  Ms. Mullaghy has a whole system and set-up ready to go.  Classes have 30 minutes to complete their cards for our guests.  

PreSchool: A verbal thank you would be greatly appreciated.  If they would like to make a picture or something, please give it to the staff member that invited the guest.   They don't need to rush to cafeteria and then rush to get ready to go home : ) 

6.  Once again take loads of pictures and have fun!!!! Our guests sound really pumped to meet our Greenies! The schedule is found here.
