As you recall from last year, teachers were required to do a roster verification using Battelle for Kids. It is important that you have an opportunity to confirm which students you taught for a particular subject and for what percentage of instruction you were responsible. Please take some time out of your busy schedule to complete this roster verification by June 3rd. I have attached the 2016 Roster Verification Quick Guide for Teachers & Performance task Guide.
You can access the online system by going to www.BattelleforKids.org/Chicago. Click on “Access Link” which will take you to the BFK·Link® login screen. Your log-in will be your CPS username and password.
Roster Verification
Roster Verification is a critical step in the REACH process. It ensures use of accurate data related to student growth for all educators. This process has a direct effect on REACH summary data and teachers' evaluation ratings.
Beginning on May 9th, teachers will have access to the roster verification system, BFK-Link, for the SY15-16 school year. Be prepared to review and edit your classroom and Performance Task rosters at BattelleForKids.org/Chicago.
